At EarthSpice, we take great care in packaging and delivering our spices to ensure freshness and quality. Due to the nature of food products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect customer safety and hygiene.
1. Returns
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product received is incorrect
- The package is tampered with or opened on delivery
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared
2. Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The order is cancelled before dispatch
- The product is damaged or incorrect and cannot be replaced
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
3. Replacements
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacement orders are dispatched after verification of the issue.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used spice packets
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer
6. Refund Mode
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) refunds, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
