I bought 3-4 masala bottles together and even though this one was okay but some others were lacking in the flavour I was looking for. Normally you can use common spices in your home to fix that since every product is different. Current discount prices are good for buying this kind of specific flavour.

I enjoyed this masala and used it in my home kitchen and also in our restaurant. We have some regular customers who have tried our bhatti murgh which we have recently added to the menu. It’s a common dish especially if you go to the Punjab side, and many of them have already tried it. But they still said that it has a noticeable taste in it which is good for me.

I like making tandoori food in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. I recently served a combination of chicken aloo-gobhi prepared in the tandoor and others could taste a difference. There is a good balancing between the taste of green and black cardamom, and the overall aroma of green cardamom comes out on top. Then there are also the hot flavours of pepper and jeera and you can distinctly notice the slight mace and nutmeg flavours rounding off the overall effect.

This is my review of the Bhatti Masala I have bought from here recently: It is hot and enhances the taste and goes well with the crispy texture of tandoori chicken and also tastes nice if you use it with grilled paneer since all the flavours got infused properly. I enjoyed the bhatti murgh dish after marinating with this masala. This is a good masala for marination The pomegranate seeds and daalchini give it a different flavour profile. For a slightly higher price they have offered a good proportion of ingredients It has a fresher aroma and brighter taste than the usual brands we buy like MDH or Everest I am using it for a quick seasoning over appetizers as well For someone who likes extra spice like me I feel that the black pepper was slightly dulled out but children enjoyed both types of things, veg and non veg, that I made with this, maybe because they prefer a little less spicy. Shipping increases its cost on customer end which is possibly justified due to its different flavouring but still it can be made a bit more within budget so that it can become regularly used.

This particular kind of masala is not so easily available online either and mostly you have to search for alternatives. Tandoori and grilled dishes went well with it. I tried some MasterChef recipes at home using it and it was enjoyed by the family also. I liked the taste and was satisfied with the delivery as well. As a feedback I will say that they can make smaller packets of the same product and make it available in sashes. And for the price of this product it should be more than 100 gm.
